RG Waterproof Coating HEY- 100 RG

HEY- 100 RG waterproof coating especially for roofs is one kind of two component waterproof products made of acrylic polymer and special inorganic powder. It is highly adhesive, durable under exposed circumstance and soft at low temperature. It can create a continuous, seamless and durable waterproof coating layer after the surface of roofs are fully coated by it. It can meet the demand of long-term waterproofing for different roofs of building.

Application

It can be used in the waterproofing project for wall and roof of concrete, old coil, color steel, inclined tile, sun room and so on. It can be used openly without any protective layer.

Characteristic

1.The emulsion and powder offer double adhesion. It could be stuck firmly to common building material.

2.It is weather-resistant, freeze thawing resistant and UV-resistant(800h UV testing). Exposed to the sunshine, the coating layer can stay adhensive and soft for very long time.

3. Strongly elastic , soft in cold weather, good flexibility adapting to cracking of surface of base and deformation caused by heat-expansion and cold-contraction.

4.The coating layer can cover and connect cracking gap with 3mm.

5. No heating source is needed during construction. The construction is friendly to workers. So it can improve effect of construction and save labor.

Construction Method

Cleaning the surface of base→Mixing emulsion and powder→Dealing with some special position→Fully spread the special reinforcement cloth for RGWF-90 polymer cement RG waterproof coating→Brush the middle waterproof layer→Brush the surface waterproof layer→ Closed water test of waterproof coating layer
