Painting tool: Spraying gun machine or rolling brush for stone like paint
Construction steps:
1.Primer: Roll coating matching alkali resistant primer
2.Marking: Make a reference point and snap a line
3.Stick line tape: Stick a straight line first then a horizontal line
4.Roll coating: Evenly roll coat 1-2 times of intermediate coating
5.Main material: Uniform spraying with special spray gun
6.Spray for the second time at an interval of 24 hours
7.Tear paper: The marking paper shall be carefully removed immediately after spraying
8.Coating oil: Evenly brush without omission
Application amount: 2.5—4kgs/㎡
Painting condition: The environment temperature is over 5℃ and the humidity is below 90%
Drying time: 2 hours for surface drying and 48 hours for totally drying.The interval time between two paintings should be more than 24 hours( At Temperature 25℃ and humidity 50).
Packing: 18kg /barrel
Storage: Store in a dry and cool place, the environment is around 5~40℃
Shelf life: 6 months.If it exceeds the shelf life, it can still be used after inspection.
